Quote of the Day
Making Money and Keeping It are Two Different Things!
Welcome to the Miller Investment, a full-service independent investment advisory and financial planning practice with offices in Oxford and Manchester, Connecticut.
There are many investment advisors to choose from so why Miller Investment and Bill Miller? That is a great question and one that could be better answered by the more than 200 households I work with, but let me try.
I rely on an old-fashioned belief that a straightforward process produces better results. Investing in quality, time-tested investments never goes out of style. Chasing the latest investment styles, or fads, rarely leads to satisfying results is my experience over the past 20 years. I love the old Wall Street adage that investments are a lot like a bar of soap, the more your handle it, the smaller it gets! Trust in the investment process allows consistency to your investment goals.
You have worked very hard to earn your money and your investment advisor should work just as hard. Investment management is about service, and being available to my clients when they need me is my number one priority. Client communication is an important element of the process. Keeping my clients current with their investment performance is an integral part of my business model. It may be a simple philosophy but it’s one that has worked well for me.
I am very fortunate to be affiliated with Commonwealth Financial Network®, my broker-dealer. They are a vital part of my practice. All the products and services I offer come through Commonwealth. With more than $100 billion in assets and 2,000 representatives throughout the country, Commonwealth provides industry-leading products and services. Commonwealth’s commitment to technology is also second to none and allows me to run my practice with the ease and efficiency that I do.
